Tom was instrumental in introducing and passing field-loaded farm vehicle legislation which continues to be a great benefit to Malheur County onion and potato farmers and haulers.

Tom has never endorsed Daniel P. Joyce for any public office…this is contrary to Mr. Joyce’s public claims.

Probate filings at the County Court level will be enhanced

I have extensive experience with trusts, guardianships and probate filings. Many law firms support me and recognize my education and expertise. Oregon’s Former Deputy Attorney General reviewed the Oregon Code of Judicial Conduct. His opinion is that the Code does not require a County Judge to be mandatorily disqualified unless a spouse, parent or child or anyone residing in the County Judge’s household is involved, or if there is a substantial financial interest in the case.

Personal

Happily married to Darlene for 41 years. We have five children and 11 incredible grandchildren.

Darlene and I returned home “for good” from our 23-month Mission to Southern California. Darlene’s health is back to her all-time best!
